Sam and his family are one of the most inspirational I’ve ever met.
This teen has been living with cystic fibrosis and never lets anything stand in his way. Currently, he plays high school baseball and has an admiration of Nolan Arenado from the Colorado Rockies.
To grant his wish, we worked with his high school’s baseball team to stage a surprise at the end of his summer game.
In front of family, friends and teammates, he learned that his wish would soon be granted.
